Bonney Hill Trail and The Last Meadows
Town of Hanson conservation property on the old Plymouth County hospital property. Stretching from Pierce Ave to Big Rock Lane, a new Bonney Hill Trail crosses through what used to be the agricultural component of the Plymouth County Hospital. The Hanson Conservation Commission has created a new parking lot and trail head on Pierce Ave . With this new trail system, a reroute of the Bay Circuit Trail will occur providing BCT hikers a path through the woods rather than the road side currently running along Pierce Ave and High Street.

Rocky Run Conservation Area
Rocky Run is arguably the most picturesque of the Hanson Conservation areas. A kiosk located on Plymouth County land where State Street crosses the Indian Head River, marks the entrance for the Indian Head River Trail. Follow the RED blazed IHRT for approx 10 minutes and you'll end up at Rocky Run.For more information:
